The initial consultation is $150 and some of this is rebated via Medicare, depending on when you last had you eyes tested. A full rebate is paid every three (3) years.

There may be other scans/images that are required to evaluate your full eye health and this is determined on a patient to patient basis. These will incur a charge.

Missed Appointment / Late Cancellation Fee

As an appointment-only practice, we reserve dedicated clinical time for each patient. When an appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, we are often unable to offer that appointment time to another patient.

A cancellation fee of $50 may therefore apply to appointments that are not attended or are cancelled with insufficient notice. This fee helps cover the costs associated with the reserved appointment time and is applied in accordance with our practice policy.
