Celine Hugo – Business Manager

Celine commenced in her role as Business Manager at Ezekiel Eyes in July 2025, and brings to the practice a commitment to professionalism, excellence and improvement. She has worked in various roles in finance for most of her career, following her qualification as a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in 1994 through a traineeship with Deloitte and Touche in Dublin.

Celine’s career has also included working in investment banking in London as a management accountant for a decade, and financial roles in various organisations upon moving to Perth in 2006. Celine is married with three children and is part of a sports-loving family whose weekends are spent at sporting activities including baseball, AFL and Irish dancing. She also enjoys catching up with friends, walking the dog, pilates and travel.
