Practice Manager
Maureen’s career started as a shorthand typist with a firm of chartered accountants, after a year at business college in the UK. She then progressed to being a secretary in a law firm and personal assistant to a property millionaire, who also owned a chain of retail stores in England. From there she moved to New Zealand, where she lived for seven years and worked as a PA at Air New Zealand before moving to Perth.
After a long career as a PA to various State Managers in the insurance industry, Maureen brought her vast administration skills and experience to Ezekiel Optometrists.
Maureen says that "no two days are the same" in the practice and loves the variety of work and dealing with the different people she meets during the course of a day. When she is not at work, Maureen enjoys spending time with family, going to the theatre, all kinds of music, dining out and sharing a good glass of wine with good friends.
